Does your paypal account can be used to send or receive money? if you can not use your paypal account to send and receive money, maybe it is because you have not confirmed the email, although the status of your Paypal account verified. This you should do so paypal sure that the email you use is your email. Usually when you register on paypal you will be sent an email to confirm your email, but if you have not received it, you must perform these steps. To confirm the email you must first login to your paypal account, then see me on the right, there will be a notification like below:
Then you click “Confirm Email Address“, then there will be notice the steps you should do like the image below:
If you feel have not received an email from paypal to confirm your email, then you have to do is ask paypal to send back a confirmation email, please click on the words “request a new confirmation number” then please check the email you use to register with paypal. An example email from paypal is like the image below:
To make an email confirmation, you can click on the words “Click to activate your account”, then paypal confirmation page will open and you must enter the password to confirm.
After you enter the password that you used to register, you can press the button “continue” and you’re done confirm your email.
Note: You can also make confirmation by logging in first, follow steps 1 and 2 above, once you arrive at step 2 above, you can click on “click here if the button does not appear in the email” , then please enter the confirmation number in your email.
